DAMILARE OLALUDE
CINEMATOGRAPHER, FILMMAKER & MOBILE PHOTOGRAPHY ARTIST
"Beginning Never Determines The End"
Damilare Olalude is a Finnish-based cinematographer, filmmaker, and mobile photography artist with a passion for capturing compelling stories through both motion and still imagery. With nine years of experience in filmmaking, he has risen through the camera department, refining his craft as a cinematographer and director. His work is rooted in visual storytelling, blending technical precision with raw emotional depth.
Beyond filmmaking, Damilare is a renowned mobile photography artist, specializing in black-and-white portraiture that captures the raw emotions and unique essence of the human face. His ability to reveal depth and vulnerability in his subjects has made his work stand out in the contemporary photography space. In 2023, his work was exhibited at the G.A.P Technophilia Exhibition, where his photograph was displayed for a month alongside works from diverse artists. He also led a masterclass at the AfroJazz Club Summer Gathering, teaching participants how to use their phones to capture striking portraits.
Damilare’s contributions to the visual arts have earned him recognition, including two emerging cinematography awards in Nigeria. He was the Second Unit DP on Breath of Life, an Amazon Original that won Best Film in Africa (2023), and The Weekend, which won at the African Academy Awards (2024).

IMPRESSIONIST, VISUAL ARTIST, PAINTER, DECOR, CHEF, DJ, AND DANCING
Joetams Peñaflorida is from Philippines, now lived in Finland.
I create portraits, abstract, landscape, faces, animals and many more with oil, acrylic, charcoal quache, watercolour and anything whats i have. I also gonna do it in sustainable way. I decorate my paintings at underground parties.
I been at art school at vapaa akatimea and studying at taide yliopisto.

ARTIST, ILLUSTRATOR
"I am an artist and illustrator based in Helsinki, Finland and I love drawing characters, food, and cute things!
I rarely set New Year’s resolutions for myself, but I know that my resolution for 2023 was to develop this passion. I had no particular expectations. I just wanted to do more of what gives me joy. And so, I started selling my illustrations and found people who love my work. I see this as an never ending story and look forward to where my creativity will take me. I hope my work finds it’s way to your heart."


EVA PICALLO
MULTIDISCIPLINARY ARTIST
A multidisciplinary creative, Eva currently resides in Helsinki for over two decades. She holds a Master's degree in Fine Arts from Vigo University, Spain, specializing in painting. However, her artistic practice extends beyond painting, encompassing installations, performances, sculpture, and wall murals.
Her artistic approach is characterized by versatility and a willingness to experiment with different materials and techniques. She possesses a sharp eye for detail, creating works that are both visually appealing and intellectually engaging.
In addition to her artistic pursuits, she also shares her knowledge and passion for art as a teacher. As Co-founder of Pequeño Mundo Oy, she uses her artistic vision to create unique and engaging experiences for her clients.


POGOSOVA GAIANE
FINE ARTIST
In my art I try to create balanced combinations of different tones, colors and shapes and put them on a paper in a cohesive way. I am inspired by the work of other artists, the life around me, nature, beauty and light. The materials I like to use most are graphite, watercolor, oil pastels and ink pens.


TATIANA POTAPENKO
ARTIST
Born in 1979 in Russia, Tania exhibited an early affinity for the visual arts. She received formal training in an art school with an academic focus during her youth. Despite pursuing a successful long career in corporate finance in Finland, her new homeland for over 20 years by now, her artistic spirit remained undiminished.
In her adult life, Tania's dedication to art resurfaced, driving her to rekindle her passion for painting. She engaged in private art programs and artist-led workshops to refine her artistic vision and language. Today, Tania is an artist with a presence in both domestic and international art exhibitions. Her works are found in private collections in Europe and the United States.
With unwavering commitment, she continues to create compelling and thought-provoking art that resonates with contemporary art lovers.


SUKHI RAGHUNATH
PAPER ARTIST
HIAA BOARD MEMBER - MEMBERSHIP SECRETARY
RAGHUNATH, originally from Bangalore, India, is a creator now based in Helsinki, Finland. They hold a master's degree in communication management, and a bachelor's degree in Psychology, English, and Journalism.
"My journey with paper flowers and botanicals began when I was looking for unique, earth-friendly decor for my child's first birthday. It has been six years and I haven't stopped creating flowers since.
Why this name? Flowers flourish with sunlight! They bloom, and grow! 'My Sunshine Space' to me is one such place that harvests and encourages my creativity. "


EMILIE RESSOUCHE
TEXTILE ARTIST: SEWING, KNITTING, WOOL FELTING
I love the creativity of giving a second life to upcycled fabrics into multi purpose handy and pretty items. Knitting is also my passion, especially for hats and neckwarmers.
I am a chemist, with a lot of curiosity towards art and crafts in general. I have always been crafting things, from accessories to jewels, and want to share inspiration and keep nurturing my creativity through new challenges and projects. I turned towards upcycling because I care for the environment and want to reduce textile waste and carbon footprint. I also enjoy the creative process of finding a second life to some fabrics and actually bringing them to life. Also, doing things with my hands make me happy. For art and crafts, I love vibrant and vivid colours, nature themes, abstract art.
I deeply value connection with other artists, people in general, communities and helping each other. Besides my crafts business, I am developing a consulting freelance activity.


SHKURTE RAMUSHI
PAINTING, MIXED MEDIA & PHOTOGRAPHY
Shkurte Ramushi is a painter, photographer and art teacher currently based in Espoo, Finland, originally from Kosovo. In her artworks she researches and investigates nature-humans-arts relationships, the life between two states and the memories of her home. In recent years, the artist has been a teaching assistant at University Kadri Zeka Giljan and for one academic year at University Hasan Prishtina, Prishtine, Kosovo, while also working with NGO for people with disabilities, teens and kids.
The artist was invited to several international artistic arts shows, exhibitions and festivals spanning across Kosovo, Albania, Macedonia, Switzerland, Italy, Finland, Czech Republic, France, India and more.
"My main inspirations are nature, society, and the human soul. Throughout my life experiences, art has always fulfilled me. It was precisely art and my special connection with it through which I gained freedom and independence. Also, in the days of quarantine and isolation, it was once again art that helped me find freedom and creativity."
